CANCELLATION POLICY
For all permanent makeup appointments, there will be a non-refundable booking fee of $50 to secure your date. This booking fee is payment to secure your appointment date/time (not a deposit towards the service) but the amount will serve as a credit towards your final balance the date of service. The remaining balance must be paid at the scheduled appointment date.
We understand things happen but out of respect for our artist and their time...if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment it must be done before 48 hrs of your scheduled appointment, which allows for a one-time transfer of the booking fee to a new date. This will give Brows on Point sufficient time to fill that spot ❤️ Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours of the appointment time is subject to the loss of the transfer of the booking fee, and must leave a new $50 booking fee before making a new appointment.

REFUND POLICY
Brows on Point has a no-refund policy on all services provided. This no-refund policy also includes the booking fee one would make when booking any permanent makeup service.
If prepayment for service(s) is made (whether partial payment or payment in full), and if client needs to cancel prior to 48 hours before booked appointment, or if Brows on Point cancels, then refund will be processed.
If the client shows up to their appointment under the influence of alcohol/drugs, appointment will be cancelled and no refund given.
